Mr. Ashok Chaturvedi is First Generation Entrepreneur and the Founder Promoter of UFlex Group. He paved the way and assumed leadership position in the flexible packaging industry with his vision, dynamism, and passion for developing innovative packaging solutions over the last 30 years. Mr. Chaturvedi transformed a small business to a Global Enterprise with revenue of around USD 1 Billion. He is revered as the 'Father of the Flexible Packaging Industry in India' and has been bestowed with several accolades to his credit.

Mr. Razdan is a Bachelor of Science in Botany and a Postgraduate in Business Administration. He has over 30 years of experience in international marketing and has worked in several large corporate houses like J.V. Gokal & Company Ltd., Karuturi Global Ltd., Sucafina SA, Manjushree Plantations Ltd. and Bakelite Hylam Ltd. prior to his association with the Company from 2021. Mr. Razdan is an eminent and experienced professional.

Mrs. Indu Liberhan is a 1972 batch Officer of the Indian Defence Accounts Service, who retired as Secretary Defence (Finance), Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India.  A Postgraduate in English from Delhi University, Mrs. Liberhan later acquired M.Phil Degree in Public Administration from the Indian Institute of Public Administration. Mrs. Liberhan has held a series of increasingly responsible positions from 1973-78, 1985-88, 1990-93 and in 2007-09 as an Additional Controller General Defence Accounts.

Mr. Poddar is a Chemical Engineer from UDCT Mumbai, 1976 and holds a PGDM (MBA) from IIM, Ahmedabad in 1978. A veteran of the consumer goods industry, he groomed himself as a fast-track executive in Glaxo Foods, Heinz and Tata. Mr. Poddar was awarded the prestigious Udyog Ratna award by the Karnataka Government and Wisitex Foundation in 2001 for his distinguished contribution to the food industry. He led the Tata Group’s Global foray into healthy beverages across the world, representing the Tata’s on the Boards of Nourishco, the JV with Pepsico and the Rising Beverage Company (Activate Beverages led by Michael Eisner) in Los Angeles (USA). He has played a strategic role on the Boards of Welspun, Uflex Ltd. and as Chairman of United Way Mumbai. Currently, he is the Chairman (Non- Executive Independent Director) of Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd. He has in the past led the American Chamber of Commerce Bombay Chapter and help further the Trade relations with the US.

Lt. Gen. (Dr.) Arvind Mahajan (Retd.) holds a Post Graduate Degree in Automobile Engineering from Military College of Electronics & Mechanical Engineering, Secunderabad; Masters Diploma in Business & Administration (Management) from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune. He is Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) (Technology & National Security). The last position he held in the Indian Army in 2007 was Director General, Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers and has received Param Vishist Seva Medal (PVSM), Ati Vishisht Seva Medal (AVSM) and Vishist Seva Medal twice. Post retirement from the Army, he has been on the panel of several committees of experts appointed by the Government. He has also been on the Board of several PSUs. Lt. Gen. (Dr.) Arvind Mahajan (Retd.) areas of specialization are finance, law, management, sales, marketing, administration, research, corporate governance and technical operation.

Mr. Sharma is a B.E. (Chemical Engineering), and he brings a vast experience over four decades for working with multifarious Organization and MNCs with specialization in Paper and allied industries. Mr. Sharma has served about 40 years with multifarious Organizations & MNCs. He has worked about 20 years with Department of Industrial Development, Government of Uttar Pradesh. He had been at helm of affairs in setting up of mix of industrial set ups like ​medium & large-scale Paper plants, Industrial & Medical Gas plants, first Metallizing Plant having indirect ​Metallizing Process, Wood & wood-based industries, Medical Formulation Units and associated with the upcoming ​Food Processing Units mainly potato based. ​He had been a Member of APEX Committee for Industrial Development in Uttar Pradesh. ​Mr. Sharma area of specialization is Project Planning, Management & Execution, Supply Chain Management and Liaisoning.
